Extra Services

Enhanced Landscaping
Partial removal of existing plant material and installation of new plant material as needed.

Lawn Mowing
Includes mowing edging, weed eating and blowing.

Trimming
Includes trimming of shrubs and small ornamental trees in flower bed areas and clean up. (billed by the hour)

Tree Pruning

Pruning is the most common tree maintenance procedure.

 

Flowerbed Cleaned
Includes removing grass and weeds from bedding areas and rework the top soil. (bill by the hour)

Flowers Planted
We plant will plant annuals or perenials for you depending on your preferences.

Shrubs Planted
Whether we plant bushes in flowerbeds, along the fence line, or where ever, they do make your house look better. We can pick up the plants or we can plant the ones you buy. All plant material provided by the customer will be planted with no guarantee.

 

Trees Planted
We can plant trees in varying sizes.

New Sod
We can install new sod in bare areas, or sod entire lawn. If necessary, we can add or remove top soil for leveling.

Mulch Added
Mulch added to the top of the flowerbeds will add eye appeal, help keep the plants moist, protect against harsh weather and even help in keeping the weeds down if put on thick enough. The cost is $5.00 per bag for the mulch plus hourly labor charge to put it in. Once a year is usually enough to replenish your mulch levels. (If the beds have lots of grass and weeds they first must be cleaned.)

 

Rain Gutters Cleaned

Clean rain gutters for proper drainage.

 

Spring Scalping

This is lawn mowing cut on a low level, this is needed to help your summer lawn to come alive. This is a spring only service. Since this is more labor intensive there is an additional charge above normal lawn service pricing.
